Radisson Hotel Bismarck

The hotel staff were so accommodating. The previous hotel we were at was dirty. We left and the Radisson staff helped us get a new room. Jeff was super friendly and helpful during a stressful time. Stephanie in the Off Broadway Lounge made amazing drinks and was also very friendly. I saw her make drinks for other people who didn’t know what they wanted, and she was able to come up with something they liked. Very attentive. Highly recommend.

Front desk staff was great! Our beds looked like a kid made it. Wrinkles in top sheet-which was on the bed sideways-the other bed did not have a top sheet. Pillows were crunched inside pillowcase, looked like a little square pillow. Glass glasses that were very dirty--looked like white frosting all over them. I think a new headhousekeeper is in store for the Radisson.

The location is great for Sanford employees, but the staff are what make the stay. Diamond and Riley are exceptional at front desk always pleasant and helpful. Logan, Jeffrey, and Marv make the shuttle so valuable with great service and always willing to help. I gave a 4 because the rooms are older and need updating. Clean with great service.

I was issued a pet friendly room because it was the only room available. It was super clean! No sign of ever having a pet in it. The people at the front desk were very kind and accommodating. It's a nice place. I didn't like the beds but, it's just because my bed is what I am accustomed to. I would stay there again for sure. It little ice box in the fridge is not for keeping ice cream and popsicles frozen, I found out the hard way. The attached parking garage is small. Not easy for big pickups and multi passenger vehicles. The parking garage is not owned by Radisson tho. Radisson has a shuttle. There is no free or complimentary breakfast, but there is dinner you can pay for.

Did not stay here but we had a lot of people who came for a class that did. They have an airport shuttle. Restaurant in the hotel, so no free breakfast. Nice place. Lots of conference rooms available.

Not a luxury stay, but well staffed, comfortable, and excellent customer service. It has seen some better times physically, but not real complaints except for the sleeper sofa mattress needing to be replaced. Good location and great shuttle service to the airport.

The hotel needs to be updated. It is definitely falling behind on what a standard hotel should like that. However, I did have a good experience with the staff. They were friendly and helpful. I was there for work and there were issues with the company card but the staff was helpful. You can park on the street or in the parking garage. The parking garage is tight (but most of them are). You don’t have to pay for parking, you need to get the ticket from the inside of the hotel. It is a convenient location to a lot of restaurants. They have an ice machine on every floor. Sadly, they don’t have a good water fountain on each floor. It’s on the main floor and it’s an old school water fountain and doesn’t have a bottle filler. The pillows also could use some updating.
